A 60-year-old man weighs 70 kg (at ideal body weight) with a serum creatinine of 1.0 mg/dL. Using Cockcroft-Gault, his estimated creatinine clearance is MOST nearly:
CrCl = [(140–60) × 70] / (72 × 1.0) = (80 × 70)/72 = 5600/72 = 77.8 ≈ 78 mL/min. No female factor applies.

The real paper is 225 questions. Every full-length form here is 225 items — the same shape. Every full-length form except the high-yield drills is weighted across the areas of the NAPLEX Content Outline the way the exam is; the drills deliberately are not. Five shorter forms — one of 144, two of 90 and two of 88 — sit beside them. 10,922 original questions in all, counted once.
