How it works

The workflow you will run at the counter.

Verify, assess, recommend, monitor. The NAPLEX tests judgement inside that sequence — so the course is built as that sequence rather than as a drug list.

Verify

Check the order

Dose, route, frequency, and the interaction you were meant to catch.

Assess

Read the patient

Labs, renal function and comorbidities, as a monograph not an essay.

Recommend

Choose the therapy

Person-centred planning is 40% of the exam. It is 40% of the bank.

Monitor

Follow it up

Axon explains what to watch and when — and why the distractor was wrong.

Counsel

Make it stick

Spaced review returns the counselling point before you forget it.

Assess → recommend → monitor runs on repeat until all five NABP domains are exam-ready.
The old way
  • A review book and a question bank from two different publishers.
  • A rationale that restates the answer instead of naming the interaction.
  • Memorising a drug list for an exam that tests judgement about a patient.
The SynkMind way
  • 4,264 board-style questions weighted to the real blueprint.
  • Axon names the interaction you missed, not just the answer.
  • Custom practice exams on demand — drill any weak domain.
  • Daily review returns the monitoring parameter before it blurs.
The course

Five NABP domains, written as monographs.

Person-centred planning is 40% of the exam. Read the monograph, answer its items, watch mastery fill — and get the counselling point back before it slips.

Cited, not paraphrased

Every note is source-cited to standard pharmacotherapy references — no vague summaries, nothing an AI invented.

Weighted to the NABP outline

Person-Centered Assessment & Treatment Planning alone carries 40% of the scored items — the bank is weighted to match, not spread evenly.

The weak domain finds you

Mastery per domain, with the counselling points and monitoring parameters resurfaced separately from the pharmacology.

The exam blueprint

Five domains. Two of them are half the exam.

The NABP NAPLEX Content Outline took effect on 1 May 2025 and replaced the old Competency Statements. It is a 225-item exam with 200 scored questions, and Person-Centered Assessment & Treatment Planning alone holds 40% of them.

How it compares

More practice per pound than anything else on the market.

Everything below is included in one price. Most NAPLEX prep is sold a piece at a time — a mock here, a study guide there, a question bank on top — so the sticker price is never what a student actually pays. Normalised per 1,000 questions, SynkMind works out at $58, and that is before counting the AI, the spaced repetition, the lectures and the readiness tracking that the à-la-carte sellers do not offer at any price.
