SynkMind™CEN
CEN · one course, the whole exam

Anything can come through the door. The exam knows it.

Triage to resuscitation, airway to antidote, a crashing STEMI to a forensic chain of custody — the CEN tests the whole emergency department. Every lecture here teaches it from scratch, and every practice form is weighted to BCEN’s eleven-area content outline.

Eleven areas, one emergency department

Every question tagged to its content-outline area. Your score on each one.

The CEN is 175 questions, 150 of them scored, pass or fail on the number you get right. Here every item carries its outline area, so your analytics show which part of the ED is holding you back — and the two Gauntlet forms are harder than the real paper on purpose.

Mock exams

Six full-length mocks, built to the real paper’s outline.

The real exam is 175 questions in three hours, 150 of them scored, across the eleven areas of BCEN’s July 2026 content outline. Our full-length mock is the same shape. Every item is original and board-style, weighted across BCEN content-outline areas the way the exam is — so a score here means something about the score there. 2,293 questions in all, counted once.

  • Timed, full length, with the clock the exam uses — or tutor mode, explaining as you go
  • Your own filters by topic and difficulty, and a form of only what you got wrong
  • Every explanation carries the key facts and the pitfalls, not just the answer

Axon Live

A tutor you talk to. Out loud, on a board.

Say what you are stuck on. Axon teaches the section in the voice of the emergency nursing certification (BCEN CEN), draws the reasoning on a whiteboard as it speaks, and quizzes you on it before it moves on. It knows your syllabus, your weak spots and where you left off.

  • Five modes: Teach me, Quiz me, I’ll listen, Why I missed it and Cram
  • Fifteen free minutes to meet it; top up in packs from 15 minutes after that
  • Every session leaves a recap you can reopen

The Body

A male and a female body you can turn, peel and quiz.

Every system a switch, every structure a name, a definition and a door to Axon. The heart beats, the lungs breathe. Peel from skin to muscle to organs to bone, paint your own scores onto it to see where you are weak, and let Find-it quiz you by tap.

  • Two reference bodies, openly licensed and credited
  • Labels, x-ray, isolate, your heat map, keyboard — built for a study hall, not a showroom
  • On your phone too: it folds to a sheet

The plan that reschedules itself

A plan built from your week, not your good intentions.

Tell it your exam date and your week — or hand it a screenshot of your timetable. It schedules sections by the minutes they take, gives every lecture seven spaced looks, moves what you missed, tells you what changed and why, and the Today screen names the one thing to do first.

  • Weak Spots: your true topic scores, settled from every attempt
  • Smart Practice: spaced repetition on the questions you missed
  • Learn · Test · Rehearse — three verbs, and a reason on every row

Analytics

Know your number before the exam does.

Every sitting lands on a trajectory against the passing standard. Areas are ranked, an exam coach reads the chart with you, and the same numbers drive the plan — so what you see is what the product acts on.

  • Score trajectory, by sitting and by day
  • Content-area breakdowns with the standard drawn on
  • An AI coach that explains the chart in plain words

Why it is honest

Nothing here was copied. We say so because it matters.

Question banks in this field have a habit of leaking. Ours cannot: every item is authored to the public content outline, checked by a second AI model that never sees the key, and fixed or dropped if the two disagree. The number on this page is the count after every duplicate is removed — never the sum of the pools.
